1. Data controller
The data controller for the personal data collected through Influx (the “Service”), available at www.influxcreators.app, is the Influx team. You can contact us about any matter related to your data by writing to support@influxcreators.app.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when using the Service:
- Account data: first name, last name, email and password (always stored encrypted, never in plain text).
- Profile data: profile photo, Instagram/TikTok handle, follower count and content niche, if you choose to add them.
- Demographic data: country of residence (required when requesting access) and, if you voluntarily add them from your profile, mobile phone, gender and date of birth. We use this data in aggregate for internal analytics about our community of creators.
- Tax data: national ID number and postal address, included in the invoice drafts you prepare for your accountant (Influx does not issue invoices).
- Activity data: the campaigns, tasks, clients, invoice drafts and income you record within the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and session information, for security purposes (e.g., to detect fraudulent access attempts).
3. Purposes of processing your data
- Creating and managing your user account and granting you access to the Service.
- Preparing invoice statements for your accountant, with an estimated tax breakdown (tax base, VAT and IRPF withholding).
- Showing you analytics about your activity as a creator within the platform.
- Producing aggregate, anonymized statistics about our user community (e.g. distribution by country), which are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
- Managing billing for future paid plans, if we introduce them (the Service is currently free).
- Sending you communications necessary to provide the Service (email verification, security notices, changes to the terms).
- Complying with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of performance of the contract you accept upon registering (our Terms of Use), your consent when you provide optional data (such as your profile photo or social media handles), and compliance with legal obligations related to tax and invoicing matters.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To provide the Service, we work with the following data processors, who only access the data necessary for their function and with whom we have (or will enter into) the corresponding data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Database and backend hosting: Railway.
- Web application hosting: Vercel.
- Transactional email delivery: Brevo (Sendinblue SA).
- Subscription payment processing: a secure payment gateway, once paid plans are activated.
Some of these providers may host data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Cookies
The Service only uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work (keeping you signed in and remembering your chosen language), which do not require your consent under Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI-CE. We do not use analytics or third-party advertising cookies. See the details in our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close it, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except for data we must keep due to legal obligations (for example, certain economic and tax-related data required by applicable regulations).
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to support@influxcreators.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: passwords are stored encrypted, connections travel encrypted via HTTPS, and access to data is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service.
10. Minors
The Service is aimed at people over 18 working as self-employed professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service or applicable regulations. We will notify you of any relevant change via the email associated with your account.
